Weekly or monthly retainer options are available for owners and teams who want on-call support, ongoing coordination, and predictable costs. Retainers are custom-built around your portfolio, project load, and response needs.
We do not charge extra for evenings, weekends, or urgent schedule needs. If the work needs to happen off-hours to keep your project moving, the rate stays the same.
We can’t control AHJ decisions, contractor performance, or existing field conditions—so we don’t promise approvals.
What we do promise: practical, experience-driven work that produces clear next steps and measurable progress.
If after the first paid working session you believe we did not provide value, tell us within 24 hours and we will credit or waive that session’s fee. (Fair, simple, and professional.)
Clear rates up front—no hidden fees
• Best-fit engagement recommendation (hourly vs day vs weekly) to control spend
• Scope and deliverables defined before work expands
• Prioritized action plans—high-impact items first
• Itemized billing and straightforward communication
Clients commonly recover our fees through:
• Time saved on stalled projects and delayed closeouts
• Fewer resubmittals and reduced inspection/reinspection cycles
• Faster approvals and faster turnover to occupiable spaces
• Reduced change orders caused by unclear scope and missed requirements
• Better bids and cleaner contracts—less waste, less risk, fewer surprises
IMPORTANT NOTE (CONSULTING ONLY) Firesight is consulting-only. We do not install, service, or perform repairs. When licensed contractor or engineering work is required, we help define the scope, coordinate the right professionals, and verify readiness so the work gets completed efficiently.
